 I received permission to use this image for the wiki, but I'm not sure I still have it.

 Then at some point the creator deleted the image from his/her account. Without the image on the account, we obviously can't have a working link. I tried sending a message about it hoping clear up usage permission ambiguity (and explicitly offered the creator to revoke permission), but I received no reply.
