* [[God Mode Sue]]: Med'an, the {{spoiler|[[Half -Human Hybrid|half-human]],}} [[Nonhuman Humanoid Hybrid|quarter-orc]], [[Heinz Hybrid|quarter-draenei]] son of Garona Halforcen {{spoiler|and Medivh}}. When introduced, he's already a mage, and is [[New Powers As the Plot Demands|later revealed to be a shaman as well]]. Recently, he aspires to also be a ''paladin'' after meeting {{spoiler|his great-uncle, who's}} a draenei vindicator. As if that weren't enough, he apparently has a [[The Chosen One|great destiny]]...despite the fact that an [[Eldritch Abomination|Old God]] is going out of its way to [[The Woobie|make his life hell]]. (It's rather a pity about all of that; he's as close to being a sympathetic character as the writers seem to be able to manage.)
