Accelerator recovers his choker's plans from Heaven Canceller to attempt to build a new one, only to see it is nearly impossible. He instead uses his custom built cane in Volume 19 to discover what frequency is used to mess with his choker, and blocks it out using a sort of jammer installed in his cane.
