* "Reborn Strawberry Surprise" in ''[[Tokyo Mew Mew]]''; everyone gets a colour-coded [[Pillar of Light]], lighting up [[Tokyo Is the Center of The Universe|Tokyo]] before they activate it.

* ''[[Rainbow Brite]]'' does it a bit differently: the colour-themed members are needed to be there, but they're [[Barrier Maiden|Barrier Maidens]] (and two boys) and battery packs, while the title character uses the colours for her own powers.

* ''[[My Little Pony]]'' -- The [http://www.search.com/reference/Pilot_episode pilot for the television series] featured a villain who carried a [[Sealed Evil in A Can|Rainbow of Darkness]] (which changed ponies into impressive-looking dragons), sending our heroes on a quest for the "Rainbow of Light". .... whut.

*** Interestingly, this seems to be part of FiM's tremendous aversion to {{color|green|green}}. Try it! Count the ponies who are honestly, properly green. Not light minty greenish teal (I'm looking at you, Lyra), not a slightly lime yellow, actual green.

* Though not an attack per se, [[The Powerpuff Girls]] tend to soar across the sky together in a pretty, tri-color rainbow.

** Impending SCIENCE: {{color|white|White}} is the combination of all colors of ''light'', and black is the combination of all colors of ''pigment''.

** According to the Dictionary: "White = The lack of color" and "Black = The lack of light". [[Fridge Logic|Therefore]], "White = The full spectrum of light" and "Black = All colors combined".
