Captain Britain is a [[Marvel Comics]] superhero created by Chris Claremont and Herb Trimpe. The character was intended to be the British version of [[Captain America (comics)| Captain America]], who was endowed with magic powers by the wizard, [[Merlin]], and his daughter Roma.
