Well, the short version would be to say it's ''[[Partially Kissed Hero]]'' for ''[[Naruto]]'', and to a large extent this is true (they're both written by "Perfect Lionheart"/[[Jared Ornstead]]), but it ''does'' have its own original plot points, so we'll point them out here.
Synopsis: Naruto dies during the the sand/sound invasion. He wakes up in bed, only to discover that he has gone back in time to the start of the chunin exams. He soon figures out he's stuck in a groundhog day loop, and begins to apply this fact to [[Peggy Sue|make himself smarter]] and improve his chakra control, among other things...
