** [[Jerkass Woobie]]: If you've ever written up material for a batch of unappreciative players, you can find yourself occasionally sympathizing with the DM as he pleads with them just to ''try'' reading all the backstory information he gave them. (Of course, he usually ruins this sympathy by taking it way too far, but still.)
