** Monica is voiced by Anndi McAfee, also known as Phoebe from ''[[Hey Arnold]]'', among others.

** And Flotsam is voiced by [[Firesign Theatre|Philip Proctor]], who voiced Phil and Lil's father. So the Rugrats become the Joker and tell their father, Batman and Liquid Snake to hunt Robin and Phoebe? And then it turns out that Liquid Snake {{spoiler|was behind it all all along!}}
** Dr. Jaming {{spoiler|and Dark Element}} are voiced by [[Cam Clarke]], who also played Kratos Aurion in ''[[Tales of Symphonia (Video Game)|Tales of Symphonia]]'' and Liquid Snake in ''[[Metal Gear Solid]]''.
** Dr. Knobb is voiced by Ryan O'Donohue, who also played Randall from ''[[Recess]]'', young Kovu in the sequel of ''[[The Lion King]]'' and Demyx in ''[[Kingdom Hearts II (Video Game)|Kingdom Hearts II]]''.
