** In the same vein, Hueco Mundo, better known as Mexico. "They still stuck in Mexico?" This lost some of its power when the story shifted to the {{spoiler|Fake Karakura}} arc, although Ichigo and his friends are still inside "Mexico". Both have lost their luster due to the fact that the heroes are no longer in either dimensions in canon.

* Old Man Genocide - Captain Yamamoto, for his role in the destruction of both the Quincy and the Bount.

* Shirosaki - Ichigo's inner hollow. "Shirosaki" is a play on the black/white symbolism (Kuro means black, Shiro means white), as he looks almost exactly like Ichigo, only in negative. In the English-fandom he's known as Wichigo/Hichigo ('''w'''hite/'''h'''ollow). There are also alternate fan nicknames for this: Ogihci ('Ichigo' spelled backwards), "Hollowichi", or even "our DLHF" ([[Chronicles of Narnia|Dear Little Hollow Friend]]).

** Alternatively, those who don't like using [[This Is for Emphasis, Bitch|Bitchgami]] refer to Shino as [[Tsundere|Tsungami]] instead.

* Due to the likeness the Vandenreich have to [[A Nazi by Any Other Name|Nazis]], some people have started calling their [[Final Solution|operation]] in Hueco Mundo "The Hollowcaust".
