Earl Tyrant is the primary antagonist of Final Fantasy: Unlimited. He appears as a spoiled young monarch, surrounded by his followers on his throne. {{spoiler|He is the physical extension of Chaos, thus his existence is dependent on Chaos spreading destruction and disorder.}} Normally he is a small, fat kid, with a foul temper. {{spoiler|His true form, Chaos Tyrant, he takes on the appearance of a mockery of a large, featherless, purple bird}}.

Oscha, is one of the main antagonists of Final Fantasy: Unlimited. One of Earl Tyrant's four Lords of Gaudium, Oscha acts as his personal adviser to Tyrant. {{spoiler|Unlike his fellow lords, he is actually an aspect of Chaos. His role is to ensure the well-being of Chaos's avatar, which in this case is Earl Tyrant. After the Earl's defeat, he sets out to groom Ai and Yu into proper replacements.}}
