Main villain of ''Getter Robo Go'' manga, a [[Mad Scientist]] with the dream of world's counqer. In order to do so he convinces world's goverments to found creation of scientific laboratory on the north pole, where different scientific teams could work together for a better future; he then proceded to turn all greatest sciencists he invinted there into his cybernetic slaves. The Japanesse team managed to escape, thanks to Hayato, who then, together with Doctor Tachibana, created secret organization to thwart his plans.
