* Well, she escaped the explosion from last season, so she's not dead. Micah was only shown once this season to establish that "Yes folks, Nikki was [[Killed Off for Real]]". So I guess that they've been [[Put On a Bus]] until... they need to kill someone off again?

What happened to Monica?

Unless she makes a sudden reappearance in the one episode behind I am due to being in Britain or her story was brought to some conclusion I miraculously missed... She's been forgotten by the scriptwriters. And furthermore, where is Micah?
