The [[Anime]] published at roughly the same time by studio Madhouse and directed by Tsukasa Sunaga, spanned [[Twelve -Episode Anime\|twelve episodes]] and ran from July 5, 2001 ? September 27, 2001 airing mostly in Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, the United States and Canada.
