* [[Tomboyish Sidetails]]: In Part 1. Subverted, given Hinata is ''anything'' but tomboyish. It is rather used to show her innocence and shyness towards feminity and seduction. Compare with Ino and Sakura's [[Long Hair Is Feminine|long hair]], who were much more into seduction in Part 1.

* [[The Unfavourite]]: Her dad resented her for being gentle and shy, preferring her sister Hanabi as an heiress. They seem to be in better terms after the Chuunin Exam arc.
