This is here, not there
Strict separation is found
That is a fourth wall

Blurring, some crossing
Some things disregard this wall
They break what is there

But these do not break
There is no wall to ignore
Entropy is high

Here, there, everywhere
No separation of not
That is this trope's sense.

All the heroes died
The thing crunched their bones and said
"Must...kill...readers...too..."
