Founded in London by Andy Knight (of ''[[Ned's Newt]]'' and ''[[Get Ed]]'' fame) and his wife Linzi in 1994, it focuses on 2D and CGI animation. It later moved to Toronto, Canada. In July 2008, Red Rover was acquired by [[House of Cool]] after Andy Knight passed away three months earlier.
