  • Family-Unfriendly Aesop: The glamorisation and glorification of prostitution that the show conveys could easily pass of as this.
  • Hilarious in Hindsight: Matt Smith being a client, as Jonathan Ross was quick to point out. Also in the Doctor Who episode End of the world Rose was really offended by the suggestion she was a prostitute.
  • The Woobie: Ben tends to look in desperate need of a hug, especially during the closing moments of the final episode.
