''Sheroes'' is notable for being a true "safe place," where the tone is warm and inviting and everyone is welcome. In many ways, it functions as a support group for its members, and provides assistance for all kinds of problems, from homework and jerky coworkers to more serious issues such as eating disorders and self-harm. It's not all serious, though--general silliness is welcome in the appropriate areas, and "niceness threads" are guaranteed to brighten your day.
