While the fact that all the characters are Japanese and obviouly wouldn't be speaking English at all (nevermind with British accents), the fact that the voice actors don't go so over the top like the English voice actors in, say, ''Blood Curse'' do (mostly because they were basically all anime voice actors) makes them sound more like real people than someone reading from a script.
