Jack is revealed to be a demon who was [[Jack the Ripper]], and pulled a [[Heel Face Turn]] after being curbstomped by a beautiful woman. Barry is likewise a former [[Serial Killer]] who reformed post-curbstomping. The main difference is that Jack is human looking and much more genuine in his repentance.
* Nanaka from ''[[Myself Yourself]]'' resembles and initially acts like [[Tall, Dark and Bishoujo|Komachi]] [[Jerkass|Tsugumi]] from ''[[Ever 17]]''.
* Most of class 2-D is taken from [[Mobile Suit Gundam|Zeon]]. The resident CHAR is Harry MacKenzie.
