- Better on DVD: The unrated version was praised for keeping the Thunder Buddies song intact and a Knight Rider reunion.
- Dude, Not Funny: In-Universe - Ted and Johnny were yelling sad suggestions to an improv comedy show.
- Signature Scene: Ted checks out the laptop.
- What the Hell, Casting Agency?: In-Universe - Johnny yells "Fuck!" upon learning that Jonah Hill was cast as Superman.
