@Captain Nemo: To create a link with a pothole, the proper markup is

[[Bullying A Dragon|provoke Calo Nord into a fight]]

with a vertical bar character separating the link from the pothole text. It is not

[[Bullying A Dragon]] provoke Calo Nord into a fight]]

as you've been doing very consistently.
