* [[CreatorsCreator's Pet]]: Glacier's debut was hyped for a solid 5 months; his first vignette aired in April 1996, and he didn't actually wrestle on TV until September that same year. Fans were sick of him before he even showed up, due to this. The following year-long undefeated streak did not help matters.
