These need to be fixed manually.
Unless the page name begins with "The " (which, as of October 2, 2020, they all do except for the pages that should be categories). Those pages need to be manually double-checked to make sure they have the DEFAULTSORT tag - and so do the other pages that are subpages of the Nightmare Fuel page's parent page.
