Emerging on the heels of the enormous popularity of [[Hercules: The Legendary Journeys|Hercules]] and [[Xena: Warrior Princess|Xena]], ''BeastMaster'' was a [[Recycled: the Series|recycled]] TV series of [[The Beastmaster|the film of the same name]] and [[Follow the Leader|shared]] the general [[Walking the Earth]] in [[The Time of Myths]] sort of theme. The series lasted from October, 1999 to May, 2002. A total of 66 episodes in three seasons.

 

Starring Daniel Goddard as [[The Hero|Dar]], Jackson Raine as [[The Smart Guy|Tao]], Steven Grives as [[Evil Overlord|King Zad]], Monika Schnarre as [[Hot Witch|The Sorceress]], Grahame Bond as [[Jerkass Gods|The Ancient One]], and Marjean Holden as [[Action Girl|Arina]].
