The main focus is on Xander Harris and Wednesday Addams as they they go to Hogwarts but Hermione from the "Golden Trio" does get her share of the story. The story starts of with a slight retelling of the first ''Harry Potter'' book (''[[Harry Potter/Harry Potter and The Philosopher's Stone|Harry Potter]]'') and unravels it as Xander works his particular brand of chaos. This could well be described as a day-in-the-life story.
