Terrorists, assassins, murderers, killers, poisoners, rapists, drug dealers, kidnappers, counterfeiters, robbers, muggers, burglars, thieves, bootleggers, conmen, and little cheats.
Villains like the [[Corrupt Corporate Executive]], the mercenary, or The Emperor and other [[Lawful Evil]] villains are per definition not included, even if you may consider them as a kind of criminals.
These characters will tend to be involved with [[Crime and Punishment Tropes]].
