- Game Breaker: There is an accessory that decreases the enemy's to-hit rate against that HERC by 25%. Load up on four of them and you aren't impossible to hit, but if they didn't have at least a perfect shot at you before, they have less than 0% now.
- High Octane Nightmare Fuel: Turn off voices and death animations in the options. Thank me later. Happily removed in the second game, where the video feed to a Bioderm's face simply cuts out when the HERC is destroyed.
