Even though Madara has quite a few [[Kick the Dog]] moments (using slave labor to harvest rice and eating the people whose work isn't good), at least he hasn't had people put to death for liking modern music. Edfred in particular stands out, since he is supposed to be seen as a jerk for not liking Ronan for assaulting him, but [[Ensemble Darkhorse|the fanbase likes him]] for actually standing up to Ronan.
