Oh, and the Pokemon with instant Sandstorm setup, Tyranitar, is also quite the Game Breaker itself and is seen often, so Excadrill has plenty of chances to go crazy. Also, [[Oh Crap|it can also learn Swords Dance]]; let it get one off, and you're headed for a [[Total Party Kill]]. Priority is pretty much the ''only'' thing that can stop it. It should come as no surprise that it got banned.
