** Not only that, but all of said characters tend to form dynamic/entertaining/intriguing relationships with one another as soon as they meet, if they haven't already gotten some connection between them. Zombie quickly becomes protective of Hanna after seeing what kind of trouble the guy gets himself into constantly, Conrad and Worth are guys that yell at each other every time they meet (not to mention the bit about the blood), Worth and Lamont (and Hanna) already know each other, the former two seemingly in a vitriolic relationship, as far as we know Finas and Casimiro are attached to the hip, and Hanna seems to worry over and care about nearly everybody (though Zombie does a bit of this as well), and basically ties the whole cast together.
** Not to mention the [http://hanna.aftertorque.com/?p=831 new year comic] which is basically Hanna asking Zombie if he's sticking around just because he feels obligated to.
* [[Hype Aversion]]: Fans tend to be somewhat.. fanatical. It doesn't help that even long before the hiatus, the update schedule would go completely nuts, and the author would spoil upcoming plot points to the fans.
