When Alex freaks out on the possibility to have an incest fetish his younger sister Rosalie (yaoi fangirl and somewhat an expy of Winry) prompts to snog him and at his clear disgust gleefully exclaims that apparently it is NOT an incest fetish. He just happens to be in love with a boy that happens to be his brother.
