* King of the Hill kind of uses this: Cotton always referred to Peggy as "Hank's Wife," which demonstrated both his sexism and his general dislike for her. However, in later seasons he even uses it when he's trying to be nice. It's worth noting that his Character Development also includes indications that he's at least a little bit senile.
* In Family Guy, Peter's song "My Drunken Irish Dad" is supposed to be this directed towards his - biological - father.
* On The Flintstones, the Great Gazoo would often call Fred and Barney "dumb-dumbs"; initially, it was because they annoyed him (and let's be honest, Fred and Barney are a couple of lovable idiots), but it quickly turned into this Trope.
* Hazbin Hotel; when Beelzebub first appears at the party she is hoasting, she shouts, "Ha ha! How my dirty bitches doing toniiiiight?" They all take that as a compliment - of course, it does seem like something Ke$ha (her voice actress) would use the same way.

* Future Admiral Willis Lee acquired the nickname "Chink" at the US Naval Academy for his surname and (supposedly) Asian features (he was of pure Caucasian ancestry). By the end of schooling, he was well liked enough by his classmates they collaborated to help the extremely glasses dependent man cheat on his vision test (the only test he had difficulty with). Over his career this nickname eventually morphed into "Ching".
