Kinnikuman: Muscle Fight/YMMV

Awesome Music: Kinnikuman: Muscle Fight has great renditions of various Kinnikuman songs by Tomoaki Hirose. Even though the limitations of the game engine mean they have no backing singers, the MIDI does a good enough job replacing the voices.
Copy Cat Sue: Fraulein Brocken is essentially a female version of Brockenman and Brocken Jr. She's part of their family, so it makes sense that she would have their moveset.
Hilarious in Hindsight: Tarou Yamada is a Guest Fighter in this game. In a video displaying his super moves, Tarou Yamada beats up Kinnikuman. In J-Stars Victory Vs, Tarou Yamada is in, but Kinnikuman is nowhere to be found. Guess Tarou Yamada fought Kinnikuman for that spot.
It Was His Sled: Due to the game's dedication to the original manga, key plot points will be spoiled frequently in the characters' moves.
Tier-Induced Scrappy:
- Geronimo is considered low-tier because many of his special attacks and supers harm him in the process. Many AI battles have him losing to the better characters in game.
- Anyone with a full-heal Comeback Mechanic Super Mode^[1] can easily outlast their opponent in a damage race and win through luck even if they were doing poorly up to that point.
