- Hey, It's That Voice!: Lego Batman 2, for the first time, has a large cast. But among them are Clancy Brown reprising as Lex Luthor and Troy Baker reprising his role from Arkham City as Two Face.
- Steve Blum is going to play both Bane and The Joker (reprising the latter role).
- Scott Menville from Teen Titans reprises his role as Robin.
- Playing Against Type: Steven Blum portrays Batman, Killer Croc (a role he would play without the Simlish in another game), the Joker, Two-Face, and, of all characters, Killer Moth.
- What Could Have Been:
- A LEGO Marvel game was planned but never came into fruition. However, at Comic-Con 2011, LEGO announced that they had the licences for both Marvel and DC characters and are going to run a set range about both in 2012, so don't count anything out yet.
- Some files for the original LEGO Star Wars game shows that Zam Wessel was planned to be in the game, as well as a wheelbike chase with Grievous. They brought Zam Wessel back for The Complete Saga, but never used the wheelbike chase, presumably due to already having a driving segment.
- There are reports that TT prepared a concept version of a hypothetical LEGO The Hobbit game to pitch to Peter Jackson and/or those responsible for merchandising the film. At this point, though, there's no word that LEGO has procured the licence for The Hobbit, so...
- They've now procured the The Lord of the Rings license.
