* [[Power-Up Food]]: Growl's special attack consists of him tossing some food to his tiger, massively increasing its speed and causing it to run back and forth across the field, dropping a string of bombs.

* [[Raised by Wolves]]: Growl was raised by tigers. He can communicate with them easily, and is learning to be more fluent in human language.
