Nautilus Pompilius (Наутилус Помпилиус) was a Russian rock band founded by Vyacheslav Butusov that existed from 1983 to 1997. It was founded in the Urals, and became famous for its philosophical lyrics. Its songs appeared in movies such as Brother, Brother 2, and Stilyagi. After Nautilus Pompilius broke up, Vyacheslav Butusov launched a successful solo career.
