** The main reason he's considered neutral is because {{spoiler|in the early days of the war, he helped Darkseid develop boom tube technology, in exchange for the raw materials he needed for his Moebius Chair.}} Since then, he's mainly been seen aiding the good guys (perhaps out of remorse?).
