	Paul Winchell was an American ventriloquist, voice actor and inventor. His best-known animation voice roles include Tigger of [[Disney]]'s ''[[Winnie the Pooh]]'' films, Dick Dastardly of ''[[Wacky Races]]'' and Gargamel of ''[[Smurfs]]''.
