In Real Life, Mary Lee Walsh was the Dean of Student Affairs at the Piedmont Virginia Community College, her actions of trying to snap Chris into reality greatly effected Chris and influenced him to make Mary Lee one of the main villains in his comic series.
In the said comic, Walsh appears as a literal witch, complete with a broomstick, sinister grin and pitchfork. In a witty parody, she is the leader of the Private Villa of Corrupted Citizens, or PVCC.
