The [[Refuge in Vulgarity\|epic amounts of obscenity]] they take from the film cause all sorts of trouble; their parents go on the [[Moral Guardian]] warpath after learning about their sons' new linguistic skills, kidnapping Terrance and Phillip, starting a war between Canada and America, threatening to kill them live during a USO show, [[It Got Worse\|and inadvertently allowing Satan to rise up and cause]] [[The End of the World Asas We Know It]]. The film has a ''lot'' to offer. Plus, it's a [[The Musical\|musical]]. For such a [[Refuge in Vulgarity\|vulgar]], [[Crosses the Line Twice\|offensive]] movie (it holds the world record for most obscenities in an animated feature, with 399; at 599, the live-action champion is the Martin Scorcese film ''Casino''), ''Uncut'' is notable for quite a few things. For one, it's one of the fastest TV-to-movie adaptations in the history of Hollywood, [[~~South Park (Animation)\|~~South Park]] having debuted ''two years'' before. For another, the song "Blame Canada" earned the film an Academy Award for Best Original Song (Disney's "[[Tarzan (Disney film)\|Tarzan]]" won, but Matt Stone and Trey Parker didn't take it sitting down). When they showed the original trailer to the MPAA, however, it was only approved for "Restricted Audiences", because "Hell" wasn't a G-rated word.
