In single-player, one character tries to convince you to walk into a crushing machine and save yourself the trouble of the upcoming boss fight; doing this will provoke a comment along the lines of "Wow, didn't think you'd really go for it." In multiplayer, GLaDOS has plenty of sarcasm for the bots when they get themselves blown up.
