Umbra inadvertentlyindirectly saves her in(as she encountered the nicksnake ofbefore, timebut forgot to kill it) by cutting the snake to pieces, and leaveslets the girl to bring the monster'sits remains back home, so it can be used asfor food.

Since then, the girl becomes a silent fan of Umbra, and is one of the very few peasants that's not bothered by Umbra killing Bestia takingand overtaking the forestwoods over.
