** The Guardian of Forever is definitely the worst in the game, but absolutely not the only one to induce this. Any voiced NPC that's not one of the actual characters from the various TV series is most likely going to speak in an awkward monotone that practically screams "I'm not an actual voice actor and have no idea why I'm sitting in front of this microphone." Of course, there are a few original characters that do have good voice acting (and a few veterans that are clearly phoning in their performances).
