The entire 8-part Witness story was a long CMOA for pretty much all the Sun Hill team, but especially Smithy for, among other things, preventing Leanne Samuels' suicide, getting Alisha Daniels to court EVEN AFTER HIS CAR HAD BEEN RUN OFF THE ROAD AND FLIPPED OVER IN THE PROCESS, and even managing to help rescue PC Nate Roberts, who had been kidnapped during the events of the riot on the Jasmine Allen.
