** In real life, there were various pagan/secular holidays pre-dating (or coexisting with) Christmas that had a similar theme (gift-giving, festivities, etc.). I just assume that's the case for Fred and the gang, especially since there's no references/mentions of Christ ("God" was generically referred to in the "Flintstone Christmas Carol" special, but that's as close as we got). (No explanation for why call it "Christmas" though...)

* Why is E.G. Daily now doing Bamm-Bamm's voice in the Pebbles Cereal commercials? She doesn't even bother to imitate his original voice! Yes, I know, [[Don Messick]] died over a decade ago, but if they can recycle old sound clips of Dino in the [[Live Action Adaptation]] films, I don't see why they can't just do the same with Bamm-Bamm in the cereal commercials.

** Because they're also trying to have Bamm-Bamm [[~~Spot Light~~ Stealing Squad|supplant Fred and Barney's role]] in the commercials? Shifting focus to Pebbles makes some sense, given that the cereal's named after her and all, but apparently they also want more eye-catching action, which means they need him to do more, or so it would seem...
