A Battlestar Galactica fanfic, set in an Alternate Universe, where everything from canon is still marginally the same, the story starts with the decomissioning ceremony of the Galactica, expect for two small differences. Commander Laura Roslin and Secretary of Education William Adama.

This is the plot of the fic: "What if Adama and Roslin were is opposite positions at the beginning of the story?"

This fic goes beyond the surface of the idea, such as the fact that Lee is Laura's and Bill has brain tumor that makes him the Dying Leader. Fic goes into depth and detail, showing the different, and rarely similar, events that brought them to where they are.

• All the Myriad Ways - The Head!characters make references that confirm that a lot of the events, both in the TV series and the fic, have happened before, but with the players in different roles and different outcomes.
• Foregone Conclusion - It's an Adama/Roslin shipper fic, you know they're going to frak...eventually.
