* [[Franchise Killer]] Import Tuner Challenge was originally this for three reasons. 1) Most of the locations from past installments were removed. The only locations in the game were New Belt Line and C1. 2) The game was the easiest in the series, to the point where each race feels like your opponents are just letting you win and that you can literally beat the game from start to finish without ever losing. Even the game's [[True Final Boss]] won't put up much of a fight. 3) The vehicle roster is too limited. Even the base cars of the custom cars (such as Rolling Guy's AE86) can't be found.
