The personalities I think would go on the character page. What the titans look like could go in the description of the work or just the uncanny valley entry. I hoped the tropes to filled out through [[Wiki Magic]]. I am currently busy, but once my schedule opens up, if I remember, I'll try to add more to the article. IIRC the attack on titan setting is supposed to have our history until a certain date (pretty much when the titans appeared), which is when it split in a different direction. I think that would be a good implication on the technology level. I don't remember the date though. |

The reason I didn't go more into what titans look like is because titans aren't exactly consistent, but aside from big humanoid, I didn't notice any trends aside in appearance aside from that they do look a lot more like male humans than female humans (which is stated in a class on titans in the show).
