It also lacks any kind of description, such that when you do notice it, you have no idea what it's for. 	I would recommend you use a slightly bigger star (24px), have it precede the title, add some mouseover text ("This is a Featured Article."), and make it link to [[:Category:Featured ~~Articles~~]].
